Standard: Be Better.

Standard: Be Better is a project of Raise America, a labor-backed campaign supporting frontline healthcare workers, janitors, security officers, and laundry workers to improve their lives and communities by holding corporations accountable. Standard promotes itself as a company that cares about its community. That stands in stark contrast with customers’ experiences in dealing with Standard during difficult times. To that end, we are gathering customer stories of their experiences with Standard to share with local public decisionmakers to encourage Standard to “Be Better” in all of its operations, ranging from the treatment of its customers to its contracting decisions.
